This website contains a public offer of our products. This content is appropriate for all audiences.

The items are listed as images of the product with a description and price information. We may change our offering, pricing and shipping conditions from time to time.

When buying an item, you are responsible for reading the full item listing before you commit to buy it by placing an order. You may request additional information by email or phone.

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with Russian law (legal act nr. 2300-1 of 07.02.1992 "On the protection of consumer rights", with all further amendments).

You can place orders for any number of items that are displayed as available. You may do so by adding the items to your online cart and completing the checkout form, or you may send your order to us by email.

You will be asked to provide the following information for the purpose of shipping your order: your full name, an email address, a phone number, a delivery address and a billing address ("Personal Data").

Your Personal Data is stored in the form of a user account. You can access your user account at any time to update your details, make a new order or view order history.

You will receive an order confirmation email once you complete the checkout process. Our staff will reach out to you in a phone call to advise on the nearest shipping date.

You may choose from the following shipping companies ("Carriers") to have us deliver your order:

• CDEK courier service

Shipping and handling fees will be charged to your total order amount as per the Carrier's tariff.

Orders exceeding 1500 roubles will be shipped free of charge to any of the Carrier's pick-up points in the territory of Russia.

Orders exceeding 3000 roubles will be shipped free of charge to your given address in the territory of Russia.

You may choose from the following payment options to pay for your order:

• Pay on delivery (in cash or by card) to the Carrier

If an item is found lacking in quality or different in kind, you may file a refund or replacement request within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will require copies of shipping documents to verify your request:

• the Carrier's waybill
• the payment receipt

We shall reserve the right to refund an item if a replacement can not be provided. At our discretion, a refund may be issued with or without returning the item.

You hereby do consent to the processing of your Personal Data including collation, storage and usage for order fulfilment.

In accordance with legal act nr. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On personal data", you may withdraw this consent by sending us notice by email, in which case we will remove your account data from our system within 7 days.

We may share your Personal Data with a third party only if (i) they are a service provider essential to order fulfilment; (ii) that is a legal requirement enforced by a government institution; (iii) you give us direct instructions to do so.

We work to protect your connection and Personal Data by using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) software on our servers.

We use cookie files to enhance the ordering process. These files contain no personal data and are not used for tracking your online behaviour.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. You should review this page periodically. We will attempt to notify you of any material changes hereto made.

You can subscribe to our newsletter to keep up to date with changes and special offers. You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of a newsletter email.

We may suspend your account and access to our services if there is evidence suggesting your violation of these Terms or that of applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we assume no liability for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage arising from your use of this service; (iii) personal data loss caused by unauthorized access to our servers.
